1. Free Trial

NexChamps offers a 7-day free trial for new organizations. During this period, you have full access to all modules at no cost. No credit card is required, and no charges will be incurred during the trial period.

2. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with NexChamps. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@nexchamps.com with your account details and the reason for your refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days (unless otherwise approved)
• Partial months or unused portions of a billing period after the 7-day window
• Subscriptions cancelled after significant usage of the platform

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
