Terms of Service — NexChamps

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the NexChamps platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NexChamps is an education SaaS platform that provides interactive learning modules for mathematics, abacus, and live quizzes. The Service is designed for use by educational institutes, teachers, and students.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Licensing and Subscriptions

Access to learning modules is governed by a per-seat, per-module licensing model. Subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing period. Licenses are non-transferable and apply to the designated user only.

5. Free Trial

New organizations may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms, duration, and limitations are specified at the time of registration. No credit card is required for the trial.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NexChamps and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexChamps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
